What are the classes available in the two categories, Extreme and Adventure?

 

Do all teams start at the same time at the beginning of each day or will there be "staggered" starts?

 

Will there be scheduled snack breaks / water stops during the race, or is it up to each team to decide / organise what is best for them?

What does the "camping" entail?

 

From what we can gather the race will involve running, cycling/mountain, biking, rafting, "roping" and possibly kayaking. Will there be any other events? (i.e. swimming)

Could you give us some guidance on what type of special training we should be doing for the Adventure category?

 

Are you able to give more details on the race content so we can focus our training a little more? For example, what is the longest running section, what is the longest biking section etc.

When you say teams need to be independent in your newsletters, what actually do you mean?
