The 8th edition of the Sabah Adventure Challenge 2007 is scheduled for the 6th-8th April 2007.

We try each year to give participants a feel of what a multi-day race feels like without having to spend huge sums of cash. This has always been our concern not to price the SAC out of reach of the average team who don’t have a sponsor and don’t have a huge budget to work with. Secondly, the race isn’t about a winning a huge cash prize. Its about finishing what you started in what is a pretty tough race in my opinion to start with and taking pride that you were a part of a race that was started some eight years ago by a group of friends for a weekend of fun.

The race has of course, developed into a serious competition over the years.

You are making a considerable effort to come out to Sabah, giving us the opportunity to do this race for you. It is extremly important we keep improving as an organizing team. I am led to believe from the reviews, comments and emails that the 2006 race was by far the best so far in the of our little race so its a good benchmark for us to improve on.

We welcome you to Sabah to what is essentially "our home." We want you to go back after the race with fond memories and the experinces you will have throughout the race and the people you will meet, such as the rural village folks. This is an integral part of the SAC and one of the foundations of why the race was founded by Martin V.Rijswk, Claus Pedersen and Taz "Kamikaze" Lawrie.

Sports, balanced with a sense of adventure in the jungles of Borneo, a touch of Mount Kinabalu and the wonderful rural and village people participants will get the opportunity to meet in beautiful Sabah make the SAC a unique experience. Its an experince you will look back upon in year's to come.
